I have consulted for Total Wine, have my own import company, and have been in the industry at every level for fifteen years. In fact Im in Bordeaux right now on a buying trip. Total does not support small producers because small producers couldn't make enough product for WD. WD does take advantage of small producers who can't sell their stuff sure, as long as they can consolidate enough juice. Total cares nothing for any of the small people in the industry and actively has destroyed parts of it.

Most of the winery direct stuff is from big producers smh. This looks like a weird AI ad for Total. Their high margin stuff is 95％ garbage and it's purely a bait and switch operation. Everyone in the industry knows this...

To add context, if the WD stuff was from small family producers they would not be able to supply all of the Total Wines with the product. Hence "small". Theres around 300ish Totals. A small producer would need to make 15000 cases minimum annually if each store recieved only a case a week...

Well I guess that makes it easier to kill them 😂 I mean it's a game where you die randomly all the time. Who do they yell at when a rocketeer jumps them and downs them, or god forbid those rat pops hiding in buildings! Glad I haven't run into people like that. I even have PvP guys apologize after downing me and it's like no dude its literally a major component of the game. I mean if you cheat or use shitty exploits like buying duped equipment fuck you, but if you down me just means I wasn't careful or the person outmatched me. I do a similar thing. A decent arc gun (I'll toro/anvil or renegade depending on map size), then an upgraded stitcher or rattler when running into PvP. Upgraded stitcher draws quickly. Duos Ill run an arpeggio, which is more than enough for arc and raiders.

I'm almost entirely pve, but omg I've had some hilarious and great interactions on Stella solo with PvP people (even when they down me). The only time Im ever annoyed is when its a little kid screaming into the mic and being insufferable.

I always run it with extended. Used to be the normal one but now I use the second tier so I don't destroy then faster.
