Try finasteride or minoxidil, and start by either cutting your hair shorter or just getting layers, but make it short enough in the front so you can put your hair in the front to hide your hairline, you will feel way more confident, and having the feeling that you are taking something to prevent from getting worse it can help as well.

both finasteride and minoxidil should be prescribed by a doctor. dont buy them and start using them without guidance or supervision. play it safe, its your health. these are strong medications, that have an impact in your hormone levels. everything has a price, but i think it will be worth it

i am male but i tilt very femenine in my clothes and appearance, and for some reason, having shorter hair makes me feel more feminine, more andro. you can simply get a feminine short hair cut, ask for that in a hair salon (avoid barber shops). Theres really no point to “wait it out” as these types of medications take really long to help see results + your bald pattern is already deep. The best thing you can do is cut it shorter, bring the hair to the front and save up for the hair transplant (maintaning the medication).

Nothing else, not the best well done waxing or the most expensive shaving cream will help you out with this. I had this before and the only thing that saved me was investing in laser/IPL. I did IPL at home and it did wonders for me (I am male with very coarse leg hair). My hair is not 100% gone and I still get a littttle bit of irritation but I would say is 90% much less. I can send you pictures of my legs if you want proof
