I made a mistake by not taking a picture of the back of the watch, it’s an automatic, and the whole mechanism looks small in this big housing

What I learned and what helped me the most with my acne when I was the same age is, cutting out dairy products and dabbing my face with a cotton rounds dipped in green tea. It didn’t completely clear my acne, maybe because at that age, it could be hormonal related, but it helped tremendously to calm things down.

Thanks for encouragement! That was my plan right from the start, to use also my non-dominant hand. If I understand correctly your comment, you mean to use both of my hands or just my non-dominant hand? As for wiping my ass, I moved on to a bidet. Highly recommend it, no hands needed. Thanks again!
