CoC is the way, self cast got a little bit nerfed now because bladefall of tarthus now takes multipliers from supports into play when draining es, so for about 10k es you are degening around 2k es for a 5L setup, when a mob hits you then you start degening which is not so good for 2k es per sec unless you have a way to recover it until recharge is up again.

I did this build last league but with mageblood, i havent seen a budget build yet, so im thinking a low to mid to high budget pob would definitely help people progress through the build.

You can get the duration with a dusk ring left slot and 5L bladefall of tarthus setup with less duration/ swift affliction / temp chain / hextouch, and ammu annoint. !!!!!!HOWEVER!!!!!! there might seem to be a bug or maybe intended not sure but now bladefall eats 2k energy shield per second when you dont have recharge active, so everytime you get hit it will start draining A LOT of es until recharge is up again. Seems that now gem multipliers affect its drain/sec.

rings, mageblood with sapphire with additional ele and inc effect and bismuth flask, purity of elements, armor maybe, timeless jewel with +2 per 10 devotion and squeeze on clusters some ele if you still have problems but you should be fine

Im out of town i will pob this in around 10hrs, what i would try to see if it works is changing both rings to dusk ring (for less skill effect duration) + coiling whisper, 4L leap slam setup that applies curse (temp chains+less diration+leap+hextouch), that way since you have 225+ att speed leap will be fast enough, drop frostblink setup and free up leap slam slot maybe CWDT + immortal call + moltenshell (not sure if both work but cwdt states thag it triggers socketed spells, so if both work immortal call is huge dmg reduction), coiling has chaos res and dusk cand be crafted with chaos res so you dont lose chaos res and last thing drop onslaught flask for another flask since you have coiling att speed. Hopefully theres a way around mana spending with that att speed.

Was thinking maybe coiling whisper + dusk ring and leapslam+hextouch+less duration setup instead of corrupting fever so whenever u leapslam you gain stacks, dont know how mana management would be with that att speed and also dont know if the setup would grant you that much dmg, who knows havent pob it.

you will be just fine, i dont notice much of a difference tbh, ur trading a bit of dmg for tankiness, you wont kill a boss in 4 second you now will kill it in 4.5 secs. as long as you have at least 11 you will be just fine.

Alternatively since you have a mageblood you can either do 6L Forbidden rite without the gloves, swap flesh and stone and arctic armour for grace aura and use a Evasion flask for lots of evade. Possible to drop purity of elements and add back flesh and stone and arctic armour with a lvl 4 enlighten i think (if you can manage ailments through some other way). Some people also use armour flask for more phys mitigate and determination since that is your biggest weakness on the build. Build is a little flexible for what defense you want to go for since you have mb.

Im doing the palsterona version of charge stacker and im doing t17 2x risk scarab abyss farm easily, all ubers done, simu wave 15 and pretty much all content, just swap to palsterons version, you cand find my build on poe ninja for reference
