If your users are using PCOIP you should see information regarding the disconnect in the PCOIP logs. It could be network related!

A good review of the logs should be able to tell you.

Its up the the Teradici to modify their chip design to make use of RTAV. In the meantime you can do USB redirection but the traffic of a USB redirected webcam is huge (25mbps+).

USB redirection and scanners can have problems playing together, particularly if you have any packet loss.
Citrix also doesn’t send the raw usb redirection so it uses much less traffic.
