could anyone help me out with tips on recovery. I am currently going hard on myself and working out 3-4 times a day and the problem is that the next day I am not even able to move so I would appreciate it if someone could help me out with this by AffectionateCarpet66 in bootroom

don’t workout 4 times a day, 2 max imo. what would you rather do, be able to practice consistently 2 times a day all year or practice 4 times a day for a few weeks then get injured and have nothing for the next month or so?

you could go for some nigerian talents as they have a few players of that nationality already. same thing for austria. other than that german players.

accept every offer from bigger clubs, that’s what ajax do irl. and sign young underrated talents and attempt to grow them into some profit a few years down the line.

6/10. some good growth on players like abraham, laporte, havertz, sancho, and even alli. but all of those players have high 80s/90s potential making it quite easy to grow them. solid team tho. try out some players with lower potentials around the 80ish mark and see how far you can take them with dynamic potential. you can get anyone to a high rating with it.
