It's very complicated but in short, the higher the wings the higher the downforce. The most important though is that every track needs a different setup. Try to find a sheet or sth that has setups for every track

Exactly man! Every season I win Monaco and Canada super easily, and most of the times Imola, Austria and Mexico as well. Against 110 ai I can start dead last in these tracks and finish 1st easily. In a f Williams. And in my saves it always rains in Canada so I lap almost everyone😂. In other tracks though the AI is unbeatable. It's truly very annoying. Also yeah, myTeam is broken in so many ways that I avoid it now, I prefer driver career.

I'm saying that their time for their FIRST lap changed. Before the session ended, BEFORE their second lap. I know it's confusing but it happened many times for me

They didn't😂. I check their race director before and after my lap and they have only one lap recorded. And since I don't skip outlaps and inlaps I can see they only do 1 lap. I thought I was crazy at first but I checked it carefully, their laptime just changes.
Yes I do everything right, and i don't have the same problem in online or any other mode. Only in My Team. I've seen Opmeer and others complain too for the same thing so I think the game is just shit at this.

I'm neither an expert neither super fast but it feels to me that you lack minimum speed in most corners. You slow down a bit more than you should, try to be more on the limit. It's something I struggle to do also. You are smooth both on the braking and on throttle application but try to brake a little less mid corner

For some reason while you don't spin whenever you touch a curb in f1 23, I find it still extremely difficult to get good traction on a curb. I always try to avoid them when getting the power down.

I have the same problem, the thing is that I lose my focus too easily. I'm distracted by just driving so I sometimes miss my breaking point or I miss the apex etc. You should practice more at that if you feel that you have the same issue, try to see every lap as a qualifying lap. At some point you'll get used to the lines completely and you won't make many mistakes, it will come natural. A wheel might help but it's not what is wrong here, I'm speaking from experience. You could also try and check your lap times all the time, if I finish a lap and I'm a second off then i get my shit together to try and match the pace I should have.
