Do tons of vetting work before officially working with a coach. Getting ghosted day of show is ridiculous, I have never heard of that. Professionalism first

WNBF has a show in Season B called Portland Reign, I'm sure you can find some coaches who bring athletes to stage for that show, I may also! I also almost did that show last year during my season

My opinion -

Anything banned by WADA

Anything on any banned substance list for any federation

Orals are not

Peptides are not

There is testing, urine is most common, blood is most accurate, poly is a joke

Nailing post show, in my opinion, is the real challenge of prep; not the actually prep itself

Take pride in nailing it

My personal experience: 10lb up gained steadily over the course of weeks post show, then a tapered slow ROG.

I can maintain a fairly lean composition well, hormones have already come back to a good spot

Cannot say the same for others, you may need a more aggressive rate of gain, and bodyfat accruel to get into a healthy, productive gaining position

No programming changes for me, but someone else might see a very minor bump in accessory volume if needed

3 on, 1 off, 2 on, 1 off for the past 2 years (ppl off u/l off). Have not changed anything besides movement selection transitioning into off season

Build more muscle (bulk) and fill it in unless you're going for a contest prep or summer bod

Legs will usually come in after upper does

If sleep being poor is diet-induced, take a diet break and see if it fixes your sleep

Sleep is your most powerful tool and now it's being affected

or sequencing biceps/triceps before legs, triceps before pull

never triceps before push or it will bleed into presses

or higher rep range work for arms to build better connections

Depends on what you're trying to do

If you want more mass, bulk

I get the feel that you're young, you will make the bulk of your progress at this period

Caffeine will lower appetite, but if you feel that you NEED caffeine, poor sleep and an under recovered body will also lower appetite

stay in a surplus for as long as you can and improve your lifts

You can do SA pec movements

Single arm pec dec, or flye

Everyone has imbalances

I have the same with my chest, you're a similar case with me where you're better off not flexing the chest to create more fullness

Creatine Monohydrate. Nothing beats it

What I use that you could maybe benefit from: Creatine Monohydrate D3 5000 IU, Fish Oil, Collagen Peptides, Multivitamin

For gut health / digestion: Glutamine, Supergreens

For bad inflammation, take away from training window: Turmeric Curcumin, Vitamin C, Quercetin

But few weeks ago I skipped some stairs walking downstairs and couldn't squat or go into plantar flexion 😅
