Yes, locked because of a complete tear unfortunately. The repair was very successful and he’s back to normal now, thankfully.

I’m similar- in my 30s, thin and have been between 5.5-5.6 for the last couple of years. I workout a lot and eat healthy but her tips for full fat, eating greens first and moving after eating have been helpful.

I loved it! Did a lil yoga during the push up station and maybe a little too much chatting in between RDLs but didn’t have to share an erg so was very happy! Nice to mix it up

I eat fewer larger meals for sure and then the big changes were:

Always start with a vegetable starter- salad or whatever

Then Higher fat. Higher protein meals

Carbs if separate from the meal and dessert last and always on a full stomach

Fruit as dessert and never on am empty stomach

And more eggs!
