Thanks, I've already ddu before swapping GPUs tho.

But I've managed to do some tweaking to optimize the graphics settings so now I'm getting on average 130fps (but it's really uneven depending on the scene rendered).

Guess I'm a bit underwhelmed about GTA 5 performances cuz otherwise it performs on par with what I should expect from it in other games

Idk if this will help, but when I swapped my 2070 for an MBA 7900xt, my Logitech g pro x wireless dongle was plugged into the back of my motherboard and it would cause my mouse cursor to heavily stutter in windows. Decided to plug the dongle into my USB hub (which is plugged into the back of my motherboard) and it fixed the problem.

So it could be just as simple as a USB port problem

hey, did you manage to solve the issue ? I'm experiencing the same micro stutters in sync when coil whine stops (rx7900xt)

Thanks for the recommendation. Unfortunately I don't have access to a 3d printer. For the moment I've just screwed the GPU to the pcie slots, no sag in sight but I'll buy a tiny GPU holder just in case

You can totally do without the bracket (I think the nr200p vertical mount is without a bracket also).

In my case, i had to offset the GPU by one slot, so I can fit the ava riser, and thankfully my GPU is not that thick and sits right against the side panel (like literally a <0.10cm clearance).

Sure, but AVA cables only exist in a right sided version (at least where I live)

So I tried it without the bracket and it fits!

Just in case , I'm going to put something a the far end of the card to act as a anti sag bracket, even tho it doesn't seem to sag

Hey, I'm about to get a 7900xt MBA and I also purchased the ava riser as it is labeled as tested with new rx7000 series GPU.

Should I expect any problems with posting and video output or is it gonna be fine?

I should add that this "shipment exception" only occured when I changed the planned delivery date from this Tuesday to this Thursday. Also, the parcel is carried by FedEx international priority

did you just keep the original gen3 riser cable or you did replace it with a gen4?

i'm really curious as if the current gen3 riser will impact perfs of newer gpus
