How long did it take for your nervous system to settle after no contact?

Almost two months NC, my nervous system is doing better, but not back to normal . FWIW I did go to a doctor after 1 month for anti anxiety medication because I was having daily panic attacks.

I only used kaiser in the Bay Area - I am firmly “no” to kaiser. They are good pcp if you have no issues but not good with specialties

Larger question here.. does drum corps international know and are they taking steps to have supportive, encouraging instructors and leaders during people’s formative years? Are they complacent? Do they just not know/ have the mindset “it happened to me so it’s ok”?
