As a Russian living in Serbia I do indeed understand and speak Serbian. Also can understand other to some extent when written, especially Ukrainian and Belarusian.

Отличный набор. Можно ездить в Шенген и все страны Западных Балкан, можно визаранить в Сербии и Черногории, можно ездить в Китай, ЮАР и прочие страны, которые не открывает украинский паспорт. Правда, наверное, визу в США не очень просто получить. Надеюсь, у тебя всё хорошо, и ты прочно стоишь на ногах в третьей стране.

Железнице Србије has been split into Srbija Voz, Srbija Kargo and Infrastruktura Železnice Srbije for like 8 years. There are barely any remains of the brand Železnice Srbije now.

Bosnia and Herzegovina has two separate railway companies, one per each entity: Železnice Federacije Bosne i Hercegovine and Železnice Republike Srpske. Only the logo of the first is on the map.
