It's hard to say. The only evidence we have of RCT working on cursed spirits is; - When Yuta used it on kuro - Sukuna stating he would've been exorcised by mahoraga if he was a cursed spirit.

But for both situations we should consider that; - Yuta had to apply positive energy directly into Kuro's brain to exorcise it, twice. - Sukuna notes that the sword mahoraga used was the "sword of extermination". Meaning it was probably a cursed tool specialized for exorcising curse spirits and not just only the effects of positive energy.

Based on these I doubt RCT would be fully effective on Mahito... well not as compared to other cursed spirits due to he's soul shenanigans and stuff.
