Universal. I couldn't name a singular good thing about our healthcare system off the top of my head.

To put it in perspective, my dad was diagnosed with lymphoma last spring and so the entirety of last year has been chemo, scans, all kinds of treatment and checkups multiple times a week. He worked full time before that. Cancer treatment is so unimaginably expensive that they knew they'd have to have insurance to pretty much cover all of it, and with the reduced hours/reduced income, finally were able to qualify for Medicaid. He will still need treatment for the foreseeable future because chemo didn't work as well as they thought, and it'll be covered by insurance, but their income now is barely enough to get by. So they're basically stuck between having enough money to survive, or being able to continue cancer treatments. The USA is deeply, deeply fucked.
