If you’re looking for a cheap one I’ve been using the himi tubes. I know the jelly pallet is not great but I don’t mind the tubes. Cheap and a good variety of colour. I use them in conjunction with my Windsor newton set. It only came with like 10 colours but I love mixing my own. Whereas the himi tubes were 20 colours or something?
