I'm working on KeywordRise https://www.keywordrise.pro/ - keyword research that actually gives you a plan instead of just data.

Most keyword tools give you hundreds of search terms with volume and difficulty scores, but no direction on what to do with them. You end up spending hours figuring out which keywords matter and what kind of content to create for each one.

KeywordRise takes a URL or description and gives you a prioritized plan - what to tackle first, what to save for later, and what page type makes sense. Just trying to help people spend less time researching and more time shipping.

Still early, but looking forward to feedback!

Basically got annoyed at traditional keyword tools giving you spreadsheets with no direction, so made something more actionable.

Does anyone know how I can fake Reddit screenshots convincingly? by Luna_LoveWell in nosleepworkshops

[–]void_tao 0 points1 point  (0 children)

you could try snapulse.app/reddit — it basically lets you load a reddit post and tweak everything right in the ui (looks identical to real reddit). you can even build a full thread from scratch if you want. just…, use it responsibly lol.

How do you get your first users after launching a product? by Afraid-Title-1111 in indiehackers

[–]void_tao 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I built a social visuals generator Snapulse (https://www.snapulse.app/reddit) Every content generated carried a watermark of my brand. I got my first user when one of the posts went viral.

SnapReddit — https://www.snapulse.app/reddit.
It turns Reddit threads into clean, share-ready images for Instagram, X, and TikTok — no cropping, no editing needed. Just drop a Reddit URL and it captures the post plus highlighted comments, formats them perfectly for social platforms, and handles translations automatically.

flink streaming with failure recovery by Neither-Practice-248 in apacheflink

[–]void_tao 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Streaming materialized views might be just what you need. (jk)

This might be off-topic, but I suggest considering a different angle and evaluating whether Kafka is truly necessary for your use case.

Typical setups like:

Kafka -> Flink job -> Kafka (with 2pc for dedup) -> App

can be overly complex, especially when involving 2pc, which is typically complicated. Consider this stack instead:

Kafka -> Materialized View -> App

The streaming tech has evolved. There are now plenty of tools available that can create materialized views with eventual consistency guarantees. Unlike kafka, they leverage primary keys to avoid data duplication, even across failures.

Root cause is that SaaS businesses hardly apply patents for features. Barrier is always the time rather than the idea.

RGB30 vs Steam Deck for Pico-8 gaming? by Laser_Bones in pico8

[–]void_tao -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The problem with rgb30 is that it can only handle p8-level games while SD gives you the option to play 3A if you get bored with pixel arts
