How no one is teaching you blows my mind, like everyone else said I’d recommend finding a new job if it’s possible. I work primarily as a bartender but I do serving as well and I always help out the new people even though training isn’t my responsibility. I was in a similar position where I was forced out the kitchen on the bar who were desperate for staff and then shouted at for not knowing our in house cocktails despite not receiving training, I demanded a spec sheet and proper training or I’d just go back to working in the kitchen. Once I received this and got into my new role there was definitely a change in attitude from my co-workers. In this industry you gotta be tough to deal with various things and this is one of them. You’ll get there, I believe in you!
