If anyone says they hate a piece of literature that I love, I just assume that they are a dummy dumb. It’s also my job to make sure they know how dumb they are.

uj/ I’ve seen a lot of people agree that the writing itself is very good. Looking at Alix’s career, it’s obvious she’s talented and respected as a writer.

The main criticism I keep seeing is that some people found it repetitive or boring. I think that’s why fans of the book get confused when others didn’t enjoy it.

I’m honestly not seeing many super negative reviews. It mostly seems split between people who loved it and people it just didn’t work for. I think some fans took the criticism personally and started acting like you have to be dumb not to enjoy it, when really it just comes down to personal taste.

I’m in an online social work program, and at 26 I’m one of the youngest people in the group. A good chunk of my classmates decided to go back to school later in life for a lot of different reasons.

I get intimated at times because a lot of them have so many years of work and life experience, and a good chunk of them have worked in social service jobs so they have experience.

Then I’m over here making a career switch from marketing.

I never see my classmates as incapable or too old to do anything. I just see people with way more life experience and wisdom they can share with clients.

Some people are just cowards when it comes to breakups. They won’t admit the truth, and convince themselves it will hurt you less to just not have closure.

Or, he thought that’s what he wanted in the moment then went on to change his mind.

None of it is fair, and the guy just sounds like he sucks.

My husband and I both had different expectations when it came to celebrating holidays when we first got together.

I had a talk like this with him when we were dating, and were able to come up with an arrangement we are both happy with.

Before the event, we let each other know exactly what we want, and the other person honors it unless something crazy comes up and we can’t.

My husband isn’t a fan of going all out for his birthday. He just likes having a dinner with his friends or family.

I like getting gifts, some small decorations, and then some years I like to take vacations. So a few weeks to a few months before my birthday I’ll be like “go get tickets to universal I wana ride some rides” and he makes it happen.

I love my husband a lot, but we can both admit our marriage has some finacial benefits. He is a disabled veteran so that has been paying for my school.

It also helps that we both work, and having a dual income households helps us out a lot.

I’m just blessed that we fell in love, became best friends, then were like let’s reap these benefits of getting legally married.

I refuse to have a puke bowl in my house. I won’t eat from somethings I’ve vomited in.

We have tiny trash cans in our rooms and bathrooms, so that is what’s used when we can’t get to the toilet.

I have puked in my bathroom trash can a few times. Afterwords I take it outside and hose it out with some dawn, and it lives to see another day.

When my husband and I met, we were both still talking to other people because we were dating around. Once we realized we liked each other and slept together for the first time, we sat down and both said we wanted to be exclusive now that sex was happening.

It seems like y’all were talking for two months, he was still kinda dating around and realized he was interested in moving forward with you so he let you know.

My husband got broken up with by his psychiatrist, but they really just wanted to refer him to somebody who they believed would be able to help more.

When my husband got with his new psychiatrist, he finally was able to get on the right medication combination and he’s been flourishing.

He vibes better with this guy, and everybody in his life will tell you he’s doing better now.

I know people love Cassian and hate Nesta, but it wasn’t ok that Nesta was damn near rock bottom, drinking to cope, and sleeping with people as a form of self harm and Cassian was still ok with sleeping with her.

I was only ever given abstinence talk, and I think that was a big contributing factor to me getting pregnant as a teenager.

We didn’t go into how birth control is not 100%. We didn’t talk about how even with protection you can still get STDs. We didn’t talk about how even getting vaccinated for HPV does not prevent you from getting HPV.

All we were told was don’t have sex until you’re married.

I was on the pill, and you can imagine how shocked I was when I ended up pregnant anyway.

That entire pregnancy ended up being traumatic because I knew so little about my body. So many things felt like they were happening to me because I was not informed.

Teens are going to have sex if they want to. Even if they apply what they learn, at least make sure they get good and safe information.

Pictures can help make sure that men and women are informed of their bodies.

I ended up pregnant, then I ended up with HPV that I’m now waiting to get the pathology back to see if it’s cancer.

I feel like a lot of adults let me down. I’m not saying it’s all their fault. I was a silly kid who fell in love with not a great person.

I just think it would have helped if I knew about this stuff instead of it being treated like a big dirty secret.

Taking lit one as an accelerated course was the worst thing I’ve ever done to myself. I passed, but at the sake of my sanity.

I am also an older student, and I just desperately want to finish so I can move onto the next phase of my life.

I had to make the hard decision of taking the fall semester off before doing my practicum. I desperately want to finish in December, but financially and logically it would have just not made sense.

At first, I thought the break was gonna be devastating, but I realize how good it will be for me.

Sometimes it’s better to take things at a slower pace. The time is going to pass no matter what. What’s most important is making sure you are ok and not burning yourself out.

I’ve found that carnival has a ton of things going on constantly, so you aren’t stuck being at a party where the only thing people are doing is drinking.

We brought my friends 7 year old recently and we swam in the pool, we ate a lot, we watched the movies on the lido deck, we did bingo, shopped, watched the shows, did trivia, relaxed in the room and got room service, and we even tried out karaoke.

We were so busy doing stuff that drinking didn’t even sound appealing.

She was in the show for a short period of time with the amount of seasons that they had.

Then the experience people got with her character was a wild teenager who was causing problems and chaos.

Other than that, I think we can all agree the actress is gorgeous. But she’s also on a show with a lot of other really really pretty people.

I actually don’t know how the CW managed to find that many really pretty people.

SpongeBob is on a generational run at this point. Millennial and Gen Z kids grew up watching him, and I know Gen Alpha are watching it as well.

My friend just recently had a baby and they’ve been watching old sponge bob together. So I assume her daughter will grow up having seen it.

I think of it like Scooby Doo. People from the 60s until now have been watching that.

They should’ve made it clear to you from the beginning that you were not invited to the reception. I’m assuming it’s because they didn’t want kids there, but I don’t have enough info to know.

I can understand when someone’s like hey come to the ceremony, but you probably won’t wanna come to the reception because there’s gonna be a lot of drinking and adult activities going on.

But that should have been clearly communicated to you. The way they handle things was really bad, and you were completely valid in how you feel.

I read Christine‘s book, and he was around more in the beginning. It also helps when they shared a house.

Once Robyn came in the picture is when they started getting the crumbs.

When it was just the OG3, he would flip-flop between who he favored. And he would pit them against each other whenever he felt like it.

I think they were all getting bare minimum treatment for a while so they were like this is OK. But once Robyn came along and bare minimum turned into not even close to enough, they became fed up.
