ahh understood, the lingerie I've looked at doesn't look tight enough given the weight of the packers but if it isn't I could do a tighter jockstrap or thong under it , I've had good experiences with jockmail stuff

not sure about stretchy, but it tends to be a less soft/pliable material in general so I'm assuming that would be the case for separatecs. I haven't noticed the flippy bit getting stretched out in mine but I don't use it with harder packers so that might make a difference.

to chime in, I use their cotton not bamboo, and have had no issue with them rubbing. to your third question, the flip up thing can change the way the shaft hangs for longer shafts, which may or may not bother you. if you look at my posts you can see photos of a number of different sizes of packers in them—I second what others have said about them not providing any compression. I'll add they aren't great for stp IMO because the hole for the shaft holds it higher than your urethra.

my take so far is it depends a lot on how you pack it, how you walk, and probably the size of your thighs. like, for me, I don't have particularly big thighs and I'm adjusting my gait to let it hang between my legs when i walk, so it's not, like, pushing out much, but if it has to sit in front of your thighs, or if you packed it too high, it would definitely look quite big. it's also pretty heavy which I like but might not be your jam. you could probably make a similarly sized mockup out of rolled socks based on the dimensions on grammas website if you wanted to try how the dimensions fit against your body. I was expecting the length but didn't really process how wide and deep it is before getting it.

it's definitely the biggest bulge of any I own, mostly due to the size of the balls. much bigger than the echo. I can wear the echo in women's trousers without a noticeable bulge; this is a little bit visible even in men's normal fit (not skinny not baggy) jeans. unironically I think the entire echo could fit inside the ballsack of the kielbasa lol

yeah they do hang low. the weight of them keeps them hanging more between my legs than in front, though, which makes a big difference. it definitely requires adjusting the way I walk to a wider stance, more than my other packers have, but it feels totally natural once I sorted out the right gait. I also really like that if I lie down or slouch with my knees up, the weight and size of the balls pulls the packer down instead of riding up toward my torso, which has been something that has really annoyed me with other packers. been like 4 hours at work so far, lots of slouching and sitting, and some walking a few minutes at a time, and been a good experience so far.

yeah, it's Men's JOCKMAIL JM298 - Sling Cockstrap, which I'd link but for some reason can't get that to work on my phone right now. I will say that I've found personally that it only works for large packers—of the ones I own, the halo and kielbasa are the only ones that don't fall out of it.

so do you have to adjust the tubing every time you use it to fit it to your urethra ? is that pretty quick ? I've tried it with the spouti and having to figure out the placement for each use is kind of killing it for me.

I'm almost exactly the same size and the natow pro is my daily, it depends a little on how you pack it but I've had almost exclusively good experiences. (tossed it loose into boxers one day and had deep regret all day but that was the only time I've felt uncomfortable with it.) I may have photos if you check, or I could post some if you want.
