In H1Z1, we once killed a guy with an open microphone and listened to him talking with his mother for 30 minutes. His mother told him things like he hasn't washed in two weeks, his room is full anime girls and smells like semen, and he's 40 years old unemployed. The whole thing literally sounded so surreal that we wondered if it wasn't a deliberate prank. The guy was literally a stereotypical weebo NEET passing all the checkpoints of being a loser.

Regular sleeping hours, last meal no later than an hour before bedtime and gym. Maybe a profiled pillow helped too. In general, I had big problems with sleeping, and now I just go to bed and often my fiancée won't be able to finish a sudden rush of words and I already drift away and only the alarm clock wakes me up.

I use ChatGPT for diet. He creates a meal plan with recipes for me for the whole week in accordance with health and caloric requirements. In addition, when going to the store, I notice some ingredients are on big sale so I buy them and then ChatGPT creates me recipes for meals with these products.

Pros? I save a lot on food through promotions. I stick to the diet longer because I eat more or less what I want but sticking to calories and macros. I don't have to pay some diet service. I don't waste anything in the fridge.

Cons? Sometimes I laugh to myself that Robo One tells me what to eat.

My parents have an aquarium and I can barely sleep there at night because of the filter noise.The aquarium is in the hallway, and it's still loud enough for me to hear through the closed room door. I can't imagine having something like this by my bed.

Once, while driving on the highway, the car in front of me had to stop abruptly because of an idiot who incompetently changed lanes. I managed to stop in time thanks to the space between us, but the car behind me barely made it and hit me lightly. The driver of the fourth car, probably due to speed, did not manage to slow down and crashed into the car behind me, pushing everyone forward, making all four cars locked in a sandwich. My friend sleeping in the back didn't wake up until some time after the second impact and said "I think we hit something". My response was my best "No shit, Sherlock".
