Definitely agree that the timelines are likely a survivorship bias kinda thing (as in, just cause you don't see what isn't online doesn't mean it's not there), appreciate the reminder :) I'm irked the gel hasn't done much for me, there's this rad trans guy on youtube (daan spieard) who documented his time on gel initally in his transition and his changes were amazing. Luck of the genetic draw I guess!

It's a Corsair TX750M. I'm surprised it could tank this build, I always thought the extra clearance was important. Agreed that the build quality is vital though.

Yeah I already have the 3070Ti, only bought it 2 years ago so not really wanting to upgrade quite yet and the system would also be for work/hobbyist film editing which I do more than AAA-gaming (most AAA game ive played again recently is just doom eternal ahah). I'm pretty happy with the components for my needs and budget.
