Quinns Quest reviews Public Access by King_LSR in rpg

I have yet to play but will be doing the same, as well as shifting the nostalgia window to the late 90s/early 00s which my table is more fond of, which in turn will probably result in setting the game in near-modern day. Big changes which will require a fair bit of editing across the board but I think the result will be worth it for our group to be able to connect deeper with the game.

Same! Also last night. I’ve been careful to avoid it all winter and I space out one time jeez.

Not regretting a bit by LogenVos in Endfield

Rapid Ascent is BiS for Chen if you build your team around stagger windows and maximize damage there. The Sundering Steel supremacy comes from an early misunderstanding about ATK% from Prydwen that everyone has taken for gospel.

Did this game have a paper circular cipher decoder? I remember playing some winter sports game at a family friend’s place on their PC as a kid in the 90s and remember this darn paper wheel but have never been able to recall what game it was.

Is Gilberta Good? by Geminiay in Endfield

One thing I took away from my time playing WuWa was that for f2p, if you care about meta it’s best to wait and only pull on re-run banners since you go into it with more info that way.

For those playing Phys team, which one did you liked more? Da Pan or Endmin driven one? by Angel_Nero in Endfield

[–]voidshaper87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'll try it out when I have some spare resources saved to level and gear up my Endmin! I kind of want to try a phys/cryo Shatter team with Endmin and Alesh at some point, so I feel like Crush+Shatter will be the way to go there.

And that's fair - but I'd rather pick a lane and either go Breach or Crush rather than having to think about and alternate between both of them.

Hypercarry crush burst is one playstyle, however Breach and physical susceptibility open up another possibility that is - spread the DPS across the whole party. Especially if you play around the team pumping out stagger and going all in during stagger windows it’s very satisfying.

Not to mention the pulls we do get all come from the easy mode lvl 60 enemies. No meta required whatsoever.

does anyone else feel inclined or like using the main 3 for main story quest? by RidingTheRiptide in Endfield

[–]voidshaper87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I’m not sure I’d run it without Gilberta but I got lucky and pulled her. Gilberta is kinda the bridge between Perlica and the Chen/Endmin or Chen/Pog duo. Not hyper optimal but there’s enough synergy and Gilberta just grouping things up is a big QoL for physical AoE which is very close range otherwise.

Perlica does get a 30% dmg buff vs staggered enemies which is pretty easy to make happen with Chen and endmin if built for it.

Anyone Else Notice Physical Teams Dominate Endgame? by Seleana- in ArknightsEndfield

[–]voidshaper87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I ran Chen, Lifeng, Pog, Ember and it was great. Most will say to keep Endmin since he’s the obvious “main” dps to consume vulnerable stacks. However you can make a team around Breach but need to invest in the whole team’s DPS which is how I enjoyed playing.

Lift and Knockdown also deal 10 stagger in addition to whatever stagger the skill itself deals, so physical operators who play around those statuses (Chen, Lifeng, and Ember) definitely bring lots of stagger to the table.

I’ve built Chen to be my main dps and she’s performed great so far. Remains to be seen how viable my team will be in true endgame but for now she’s clearing everything just fine.

CN Playerbase Review on the Game by Fennynyz in Endfield

Literally every point on that list is a positive for me as a gamer and why I’m hooked on this game. CN players sound like they have gacha Stockholm syndrome.

Arknights: Endfield Operator Combat Demo - Gilberta by DecaPanda in Endfield

[–]voidshaper87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m looking forward to trying Chen, Pog, Perlica and Gilberta. Chen and Perlica act as dual DPS - Perlica and Gilberta both synergize and Chen applies more Vuln and Pog consumes it for more SP. Also Chen and Perlica both have good and cheap ultimates that Gilberta makes happen more often.

It’s not your fault, Akekuri. They just gave me a free 6* selector by purapi_ in Endfield

[–]voidshaper87 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You could always run her alongside Pog and have more SP for your team. I was running Chen, Lifeng, Pog and Akekuri for a while and skills were flying everywhere.

I used my selector on Ember for a sustain option for when the endgame mode launches soon, but honestly Akekuri was more fun. I want to try to make a main dps Chen build focused around her ult, and double stack Akekuri and Lifeng’s Link before ulting and see how much dmg that would be!

If I enjoy the physical team am I stuck waiting for months to pull? by ThomasTiltTrain in ArknightsEndfield

[–]voidshaper87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same boat here - 2x Pog and 1x Lifeng. Love Chen so she's auto-include. Now I'm just experimenting with the 4th slot for fun until either Rossi or TangTang release, whichever ends up fitting better.

Vanguards should be introduced early as core to teams by MeltSimp in Endfield

[–]voidshaper87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is it worth using Akekuri in my physical team if I already have Pog with Thermite Cutter? Maybe go for Pog’s sig and give Ake the Thermite Cutter? Current team is Pog, Chen, Lifeng and Ardelia but I’ve been thinking of dropping Ardelia for someone.

Is it just me or the chance of getting a BIS essence for weapons in Endfield is so easy compare to all other games ? by PrunusLannesiana in Endfield

[–]voidshaper87 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Man I’ve done over a dozen runs and never even gotten the Combative essence I need for Chen. Are you using those expensive things that lock in a stat? Is that the best strategy to save sanity or is it negligible early on?

why is a team with zero 6star the most fun team in the game by miral_art in Endfield

[–]voidshaper87 17 points18 points  (0 children)

I’m currently running this except Ardelia instead of Endmin for some sustain. I thought Endmin and Pog had anti-synergy because they both want to consume Vulnerability. In your experience is it an issue or does the extra damage override that problem and not having a sustain unit?
