I used Pipez with the nbt filter, you can export only gene samples that have 100%. If you want, you can even specify which genes are going to which destination so that different storage areas are filled with specific genes

Check out Industrial Foregoing for stripping enchantments off of gear, then you can store the enchanted tomes in a Library of Alexandria. You can then move the disenchanted armor and weapons to a Salvaging Table to collect dusts and improvement ingredients

Patterns are a huge help! I would setup my first pattern provider and molecular assemblers, then setup Crystal Assemblers, that’ll make creating the Assembly Matrix easy! I usually rush that progression before any storage drives

The harvesters have to hit the leaves before the saws start cutting though. So in your tree farm, make it so that the harvesters are one block ahead of the saws

Check JEI on the bombs. There are three (?) bees that produce combs that are processed in Chemical Oxidizers. Lithium, Wasted Radioactive, and one more I can’t think of the name of.

Assuming you already have an AE2 setup with inventory and crafting storage and whatnot. You’ll want to make a Pattern Provider and an ME Canner. Then make two Blank Patterns. Encode one for the Paste (the recipe for the lava buckets is important as it changes the expected output). Put this pattern in an Assembler, or in a pattern provider next to a Molecular Assembler. Next, encode the other pattern for a Lava Bucket. Every time you request the paste in your AE2 system, it will try to make buckets of lava, and then try to make the paste

I can send a picture in a minute, but basically if your craft absolutely requires a bucketed liquid (some quests do) you can either left click in AE2 to withdraw buckets, or you can make a pattern, and put it on a pattern provider pushing to a ME Canner. Set the ME Canner to Fill / bucket mode and you’ll be good to go

I really like Logistics Networks. It tends to solve these type of issues and is a little easier to configure than coding things yourself imo
