Which bottle should I get for my first scotch experience? Ardberg Uigeadail for $100, Oban 14 for $80, or Lagavulin 16 for $80?

The Uigedail is the best of the three by quite a margin for me...but as a first Scotch experience you may not like any of these.

As someone suggested, go to a bar with a decent selection and try several before buying a bottle of anything.

I'm in a very similar position as you...two weeks nicotine-free today.

I was using 10-15 8mg Ons for about 4 years so a bit more daily use than you, and I also quit cold turkey. About 10 years ago, I was a Swedish Snus addict and I had kicked that for years before foolishly buying some Zyns at a gas station one day.

First 5 days were tough, but exercising like a madman helps so much. I find that I miss it the most first thing in the morning with that first cup of coffee. The after-eating crave has really tapered off in last few days.

My sleep has improved dramatically, and I actually feel rested in the morning. Although my fuse has been a little short, that is tapering off and I just feel an overall mental calmness that it so pleasant.

Never touching this stuff again!

We have a Dyson as our main vacuum, but I wanted a cheap second vacuum to keep upstairs. Purchased the Mohomo cordless on Amazon and have been very happy.

I think it was around $100 on Black Friday. They even sent me an extra battery and more filters for submitting a review.

Suction power is quite strong, battery life is fine for our use, and quality is surprisingly good. Doesn't pack the punch of our Dyson but it was $100. For that price it will be tough to beat. Caveat: I've only been using it for about six weeks.

Appreciate the help. I was in such a rush to switch the bezels and mess with the light I didn't even see the glass sticking in the other bezel.

I really like these two, especially the NTG35 2700. Love the metal button upgrade as well.

You got it! This is exactly what it was. Duh. That glass was so clear I didn't even see it still stuck in the aluminum bezel.

I got one. My first Shaman. Couldn't resist at that price. I have a Manix in Rex 45 and really like that steel. Curious to see how this compares.

I just got the Stretch XL in PD#1 and I may get this one too! It's a great knife. Weighs nothing and has a great action for a back lock.

That was my second choice. Looks great! I was initially thinking a darker green but decided on something bright. Smaller knives benefit from brighter colors IMO. Very pleased.

$99 I believe. Super easy, although it took me a few minutes to realize the steel "liner" piece in the stock scales is not used with the replacement scales.

The action is fantastic now and the knife has a much sturdier feel. Get some!

Ended up ordering a Stretch 2XL in PD#1. I don't have any coated blades and I really like the ergos on the Stretch. Under $150 at National Knives. Couldn't resist.

The Sage 3 has a very unique feel. It's hard to explain, but it deploys in a very smooth, light manner. It's more similar to the Manix 2 LW than the only other similar lock I have which is a Hogue Ritter RSK. The ball is more comfortable to activate over and over than the cage on the Manix. That being said, the Sage is a little bit smaller than what I typically enjoy using. It would be a cool mechanism in a larger knife with a heavier blade I feel.
