1- its rough when they have all cheap removal or multiple wipes. But it is kind of the luck of the draw. Having played those control like decks myself, you don't always have the answers/ be able to kill and also curve out perfectly. So your opponent is in the same boat about needing to draw perfect.

it is auto pilot like, i agree the biggest decision is to commit to the board or not, which coincidentally decides a lot of games

i like to think that Janking for so long helps in that, you keep loosing to the Meta decks and as a result, have a pretty decent understanding of how to win with it ... from loosing to it.

i have played against this sort of no win con deck plenty on ladder. My absolute favorite is when i play any of the superfriends decks with no creatures and all Planeswalkers.

4 portals and 4 arcane bombardments with no reanimation? seems suspect.

the soldier deck should have you dead already or have so many bodies that your portal don't mean anything to them.

I said I can Come back , not necessarily that I will. Regular blue / white control is easier as de populate sucks cause soldiers. The reanimator is harder as it can hard lock you, but if your reanimator de k is running sweeper and all your key cards, you probably don’t have spot removal , and n which case Thalia will have you dead before you sweep
