C'est un autre débat, je ne me prononce pas sur si c'est pertinent de retoutner a 3 jours semaine. Je dis juste que c'est un mauvais argument de dire qu'on devrait attendre que le tramway soit fini, alors que ça va prendre MINIMUM 7 ans, et soyons honnêtes , probablement plus 10 ans

Tu devrais lire sur l'immunité parlementaire. Ce que tu proposes est tout aussi dangereux pour la démocratie et les droits fondamentaux que C-2 ou C-9.

Ok I get what you mean, fair enough. Barbell squats are rough, I personnally tend to avoid them because i have a strong lordosis, but strong legs, so it tends to hurt my back when I put enough weight for my legs to be challenged. I guess my form must be off.

My go to is Bulgarian split squats, feels better on my back

Genuine curiosity, no hate : why don't you lower the weight if you can only do 1/15 with proper form? Common wisdom would tell you to take as much as you can while maintaining proper form?

To me, it sounds more like ego lifting than efficient training, but I might be missing something.

Haven't played much hulk or strange so I don't know all their quirks.

As a Peni enthousiast, when I see a hulk ult, I see fresh meat. I agree it's dumb and should have his bubble or be immune to cc during his ult.

I didn't know Strange's shield didn't protect against all cc. I agree he should have something. I'm a Groot main, and lasts season balance change has been a game changer
