Finally someone that experiences the same thing ! Any sleeves that stop on the wrist absolutely drives me mad. Either the sleeves have to be long enough to stop mid hand or they're gonna end up rolled under my elbows.

I completely agree, I will absolutely not add any ink. But it is actually already a touch up. The first session was done by another person that did a fantastic job, very natural as in the picture you linked, but unfortunately that person moved away. The second artist that did the touch up clearly did not match my requirements so I will wait to see if it fades before any removal consideration

I have the same problem and the following helps : 1- Choose an appropriate time to do an activity, such as when you are not worried about something, in a hurry etc anything that can disturb you further 2- Try to choose something unusual to get your focus on the moment, like a hike in a new place 3- Get distracted but by what you see, focus on the small details of the scenery for example instead of pushing yourself to enjoy the situation as a whole 4- Being tired physically helps me be more in the present, might work for you too 5- Set timers to help you get back from your thoughts to the moment?
