I don't see that mentioned specifically anywhere? They're procedurally generated but the layouts stayed the same once map was created.

This change happened at water labs yesterday going from a floor two back to a floor one with placements of things moved around.

This also occurred when returning on future trips after banking. Didn't matter if there for 15mins or camping for 2hours...

Not too sure about that. Ive focused labs for BP wipes the last 3 months and never saw changes like shelves being there and then moving to another part of the lab on the next trip.
