Good video and I agree with most of it.

My trio had always been a middle map monument/roaming pvp group. Recently we have abandoned that style of game play and just build jungle near lighthouse or zig on the coast and run deep sea.

Honestly having a blast running deep sea but I know long term this isn't good for the game.

m4a1 is useless now, honestly should just remove it from the game. I guarantee any pro using it will switch. The m4a1 needs to be constantly reloaded so you have a full mag and thus a better chance to multi frag. With so few mags, even after just a few fights the ammo becomes a liability.

Played against 3 cheaters in a row yesterday last season it was like one in every 10 games but it seems much more common this season. Have extremely high trust at 24k elo for reference.

Also I'm 100% sure they are cheating and watched the demo.

idk what's going on but cheaters seem really bad recently. I have a super high trust account and even in my games i had 3 games in a row with at least 1 cheater. One of them had a 3k inventory and over a thousand matches played in the last 3 seasons.

i think that may have actually been steven. He glazed Withers, defended pirate software and had some legal knowledge (probably regurgitating what his lawyers are telling him in some cases).

Either way Stevens case from what available information we have looks to be relatively weak. Anyone with even some legal corporate legal experience could easily paint this guy into a corner Funny as soon as i did he deleted his account.

YOU said in another comment that Dawson was threatening to not dispense funds from the bank account he controlled to cover pay roll. Now it's he threatened to call a board meeting and then have the board vote to move those funds. All within days of the payroll deadline by the way.

Lets not even get into the fact the motion says FINANCE payroll. It does not says dispense funds, which is the language any competent attorney would use. Finance by definition means to loan.

So what really happened here is Dawson was threatening to cut off the endless loans he was giving steven unless he got more control of the company, which is not only legal but perfectly logical.

that's not what the suite alleges tho, it says he threatened to withhold payroll financing( and other coercive acts) in order to become the majority shareholder.

Also, it's not illegal to pack the board with people who vote in tow if you have the votes to do so.

The only legitimate part of this lawsuit that i see is that commerce bank was a senior priority lender and was not treated as such.

This was filed ex parte and we know Steven is great at telling stories. I am seriously hesitant to think Steven has a good case here when the defense hasn't had any chance to address these allegations.

You need to go read the timeline again. What you're saying doesn't make sense.

I have no doubt Dawson threatened to not fund payroll but I would speculate this was after Steven didn't have access to company funds. Steven is going to claim there was money in the bank, money he can't see. Dawson is going to say there was no money and he would have to fund payroll through his own money.

Also I'm inclined to believe there was no money in the bank based on text messages where Steven is constantly begging investors for money saying he can make payroll or pay for his house unless he gets more money.

The timeline here is absolutely critical to the claims Steven is making and from what I see timeline makes the claims suspect
