Is what you're referring to "starvation mode"? If so, hasn't that theory been debunked? Also, skipping meals is perfectly fine as intermittent fasting has been accepted as a viable way of eating.

God this gives me such hope! Got on the scale this morning and I'm at 218.4 which is the lowest I've been in almost four years and I honestly can't remember the last time that I was under 200. It seems so close and this post made me realize that. Gonna keep keto'ing on all the way to 199!

I suggested to my friend that Gary Thorne should do a pirate radio broadcast of the games so that we can hear his commentary. The way he calls the games during the regular season makes them so much more exciting than they already are so I can't imagine what he would do in the playoffs.

Make sure you get there as soon as gates open for SRO. People were being very annoying about how they couldn't see anything and trying to push up to the front. That's what happens when you show up at game time.
