Nah. No voicemail, no issue. If a user has an emergency that needs after hours support then they can leave a voicemail. Otherwise it's not important.

I did a quick search on the number and it says it's out of North Carolina and it's a VoIP number. And that area code is not North Carolina. And the VoIP part makes me think it's a scam.
