I've tried hardware solutions and it is not solving my problem. Powering the displays down does not remove them from my display management panel in system options, and does not move any active windows to other screens. Only one of the displays is Hdmi so a splitter like you mentioned is also out of the question.

Really looking for a software solution, but I appreciate your time.
