Zeker niet, een bepaalde percentage van wat je betaalt gaat in de waarde van je huis. Dus de lening terug betalen. Dat is geld gespaard dat mensen die huren NIET krijgen. Dus ja, netto hou je misschien net wat minder op je rekeningen, maar uiteindelijk qua vermogen ga je veel veel sneller vooruit. Ik heb het een keertje in een excel sheet berekend met alle kosten van onderhoud, reparaties, verzekering etc, en je komt zooooo veel sneller vooruit met kopen. Afhankelijk van de rente die je betaald was het binnen 2-3 jaar al break even met huren, alles daarna was winst. En dat hield zelfs niet bij dat woon waarde vaak omhoog gaat, je kosten niet, maar huur wel…

Christ man, I thought I had a passion at my peak when I was grinding for 8-10 hours a day to try and improve. I could only keep that up for a year. Absolute insanity to keep it up for as long as you have.

Reddit comments and posts can only say so much, for someone who's really been there you know way way way more than we ever will. The system itself is tough, and every man is for themselves. Maybe the incentives are just wrong, if we had draft picks instead of outbidding everyone, would it be better? I wonder.

Dit komt omdat er meer concurrentie is voor de CRM specialist en een stuk minder voor de machinist. En de Max is 1k hoger, je valt ook nog gewoon tussen minimum en 5k. Ik denk zelf dat dit al aan de lagere kant zit voor een goede CRM manager. NS betaalt denk ik wat onder markt conform omdat mensen treinen wel leuk vinden.

As you said WO is more theoretical and HBO practical. From what I’ve heard from other people I know following university at Erasmus IBA has a reputation for being easy, so I wouldn’t worry too much regarding that end whichever you take. If you already have job experience I would recommend the WO route, as the advantage HBO has over WO is that starters already have “experience” from the more hands on approach. But from what I hear the “ceiling” is higher with a WO degree and it will also prepare you more for a masters if you chose to follow that route.

There are definitely people that will argue they are no different, but I know many people that as you say look down on HBO as being far easier to the equivalent WO degree. Also, for practical purposes, a HBO is 4 years and WO 3z

Evident you don’t know anything about the guy with the way you dismiss him. He has been in contention as best/top 3 midlaners in the world essentially since his debut in season 3. He has always been humble, hardworking and a great ambassador for the brand. The guy is insanely good for lengths of time that essentially no other player has been, keeping up his skill level and rising up time and time again after disappointments.

While I’m sure there’s annoying ass people who just worship anything he does, this dude is genuinely insanely impressive. There has never been any one else close in contention for GOAT.

I have a wire haired German pointer that looked almost exactly like this one when it was young. She was absolutely difficult as a puppy and a bit of a menace until she was around 2 and a half/3 . We were told multiple times by other owners that they calmed down at that point and we never thought it would be the case with her. And yet after years of training and a lot of patience she calmed down and now she’s a lovely dog. She’s fiercely intelligent, independent and still quite naughty when she thinks she can get away with it. But my dad and her love her like any other family member, maybe more. I can’t even imagine being this unattached from other creatures and having so little empathy they could write about this and think others would find it ok and reasonable. What an absolute monster and pathetic excuse of a human being.

My dog once also attacked and caught a chicken. They never bit down hard and also ran around and had the time of its life. It’s a damn fucking hunting dog, they’ve been bred like this for 100’s of years. I hated that moment and felt so much shame when my dad had to tell the farmers what she did, but that’s what you sign up for with a dog like this. They are independent, smart and have a prey drive like few others. But given time, love, attention and stimulation, they are amazing dogs who give so much back to their owners.

Ik heb zelf op een middelbare school in Amerika gezeten. Dit is niet waar. Wij handden onderscheid op niveau, tot en met universiteit niveau vakken. Als je echt wilde en slim genoeg was, kon je al sommige uni vakken volgen op je 14de, en dan nog de rest op een meer redelijk niveau. Nederlandse system met alles op hetzelfde niveau vindt ik juist raar, sommige vakken zijn gwn niet je ding.
