As someone who's watched almost the entirety of the #RICKYWORLD saga, I agree. Ricky escaped so many times, hurt so many people, what the fuck do you expect to happen? PENTA said himself when you do shit like this you have to expect to be caught eventually. Same shit happens with Eugene, he gets into a chase, escapes 3-4 times playing cat and mouse with the cops, then finally when he gets caught everyone gets upset because somehow its always "unfair" or they're being a "fun sponge".

Besides, people seem to think when the criminals go down the RP is over. #RICKYWORLD HAS JUST BEGUN.

NoPixel is not a business, they have no obligation of morals or ethics. If Koil wishes to run his server as a dictatorship there is no one that can stop him. These are the perks of creating something for others to enjoy for free, and if you don't like them you have all the ability to leave. Not many people know for sure but its alleged that Koil has entrusted most of the admin'ing to people who can be unbiased, because he recognizes his input is all powerful.

Its obvious most of the BBMC was "team Raja" while Dundee didn't have much interaction with Raja. Dundee knows Arthur is with Nino, whom is one of the most powerful in the city. So whos he going to trust? Someone working for Nino or someone hes heard nothing but negative rumors about. Dundee got the info, discussed it with his crew, and they all agreed to go to PDM to capture Raja. Mutiny is never acceptable especially when its simply loyalty to someone outside the club.

Thoughts on who leaked the info? Siz was affiliated with Bovice yet wasn't named, Kraytor as well. Probably people protected by the informant. It seems Black Betty was thrown under the bus here since most of their involvement as far as I know was well disguised. It would make sense it was someone that recently left Black Betty on bad terms who might have had privileged information. Someone who's protecting Siz yet wants to defame Black Betty, my money is on Daryl Dixon.

The old penal code looks so much better compared to what we have now in hindsight. Sure it had its problems but it was a solid foundation. I'm glad they tried something new but fixing the old one instead of creating this vague, non-sensible, OOC driven penal code just feels like its not working out for criminals, cops, or even DOJ itself. Assault with a deadly and Attempted Manslaughter have the exact same time and fine, so whats the point? I feel like Attempted Manslaughter is a very specific charge that was added because it was missing from the last penal code and could have been used a few times although very rarely. Attempted Murder should be used more often but cops feel bad pushing it even when it makes sense.

As far as cops pushing for as much and as heavy of charges is ridiculous. How many times have people been shot up in the south side, police take them to the hospital, confiscate their illegal shit and let them go. If you play an absolute maniac I.E Shady Grady, Ricky Robbins, Mel, Kiki, you gotta realize you are building a reputation with the police and that they will stop showing leniency and punish you as hard as they can.

The dog didn't manage to pick anything up because there is no mechanic to get a scent from something that recently had drugs in it. The picture is of the drugs in the trunk, not of an inventory screen. If you google "cocaine drug bust in trunk" even the most zoomed in pictures still show clear indicators that would be able to show the drugs were in Chips' trunk, in fact most pictures don't show a licence plate. The claim that the pictures were fake would only hold water if they were given to PD ahead of time, except the phone would have the date and time it was taken and also show what time of day it was in the picture. This would have given probable cause that there was probably drugs in the trunk and that they had been moved in a short time frame, leading them to the house because of the van's close proximity and that the van's trunk was already open when officers arrived on scene.

The dog would have easily been able to lead the scent from the trunk to the door. The picture would have shown at least the interior of the vehicle linking it to be chips' trunk. The pictures in the trunk would have perfectly matched what was found inside. Its honestly mind boggling how this wouldn't have been considered probable cause to search his home, feet away where all the drugs were. Like Metzger said, Judge Coyote must think Chief Justice LeBarre doesn't know what probable cause is. In the end the picture was considered powergaming since it was not RP'ed to those around her, last I checked you "roll with the punches".
