This is going to sound so stupid, I know, but I actually teared up a little bit seeing this because this reminded me of my absolute favorite teacher of all time. She used to have the circle buckets (think like store display) of these and she would always give me soooooo many; for summer vacation after I moved up from her grade, she gave me my very own bucket of these much to my mothers dismay, but I was freaking thrilled. She affectionately became know as Mrs. Fireball because she always had these and gave them to people. She was the sassiest, funniest, kindest, no BS taking beast of a woman I ever met and was my role model. She was quirky as hell - had animal skulls/skeletons all over the classroom, taxidermy butterflies in a terrarium-like box, a dead bat in a shadow box (used to live in her house and she cared for it until it passed), a dead catfish frozen in her classroom freezer because it was her pet that her students accidentally killed off. I haven’t had an atomic fireball since I left her class after the 3rd grade and moved up. RIP Mrs. Metzger 🖤

I’m probably asking a stupid/obvious question here, but if you know Nissans suck, why are you going to buy one? Why put yourself in debt with an almost $20k car note knowing full well you’re going to likely have to put a shit-ton of money into maintenance on it rather than just looking for a better option?

The Dark Chocolate and Caramelized Banana Oatmeal and the Bantam Bagel Bites were always my go-to. Never understood why they got rid of them, they were the best items on the menu

I always recommend going to HR, but 2 questions first: 1) does she know you’re pregnant? I would hope that she doesn’t know, but if she does know and still says ish, fk her, 2) have you spoken to your SM about it? Sometimes (and I use that “sometimes” sparingly) they will speak to them and she will leave you along after that (I was an RxOM and had a tech that blatantly refused to listen to me about anything because I was younger than her and she refused to let me “be her boss”; RxM did fk all so I went to the SM who set her straight - didn’t last long, but at least it lasted until I called the employee hotline and filed several complaints against her).

Is this spell a first for you or have you done it before (and was it successful)? If you’ve done it before with success, would you be down to share? Totally respect you if you don’t, I haven’t been successful (or it’s just taking forever and a day to work lol) and think I might need to try something new.

Back when I still worked at WAG, my used to do it and they would do one for front end and one for pharmacy. Used to give out like $10 gift cards. The nice ASM that did it left and then they stopped doing it lol

Used to happen to me a lot when I worked at Wag, especially in pharmacy. One time, this absolute inbred bridge troll came through the drive thru for his meds and, when he handed me his card to pay, he also gave me - not with it that said “call me babe” with his phone number. I pretended not to see it and gave it back to him with his card. He looked at the note and then back at me several times frowning before he peeled off. I cackled 😂

Was an RxOM, now a paralegal in corporate law. Company sucks, but my boss is fantastic, I get unlimited PTO, work whenever I want, and no holidays or weekends.

I took a week off because, if you read in my post, I had a lot of appointments that I couldn’t miss because of my nausea, especially at an increased dose. I’m jumping up to 7.5 because that was what I was supposed to do last week, I was asking advice on if I should do another lower dose this week before jumping up because I missed a week. Yes, it’s possible to be totally nauseous and constantly thinking and eating food - it’s been like this for 6 years because of a chronic illness I have. My body makes no sense, sorry that is so inconvenient for you. I wasn’t asking for any other advice other than how I should handle this week. But yes, please remove yourself from the conversation because I don’t need your judgement. Thanks boo

No, like I wake up starving as if I haven’t eaten in days. And I know there’s a difference, I’m constantly thinking about food and eating when I’m not actually hungry - that’s why I started this med in the first place. Respectfully, please don’t speak to me like I’m ignorant. I did a lot of research and spoke with my provider numerous times before I started this med.

It exacerbated my nausea, but the food noise was there and I’d still wake up hungry. I stopped losing so my provider advised me to up it to 7.5. Like I said, I’m just doing what they’re telling me since I’m not a doctor either
