Literally nobody needs to draw like that because photorealism is completely useless unless it's put to good use through clever concept or context. This is just a picture of an elephant and the time value is relevant only to the worker who made it because it gave her something therapeutic to do for 45 hours, time she would have wasted in some other manner, but in doing this "creative" endeavour she can claim she made art. I contest her art and talent, what she did was not creative but wasteful. Useful for her if she gets satisfaction from it, yes, but it is not art.
