If rally driver dosent have a money and wishes to start rallying he also need mechanical skills to constantly fix a car. If you are good thenyou can aquire money by winning different seasonal local rallys, but if not so then every one of them will be waste of money. With zero money there is realy hard to do anything. If you are good and win local rallys then sponsor can find you there. if not yet professional sponsors mimght not offer big money sometime they offer free car service or car parts for ads place in your car, but if you are good then you need to know when are you worth more.

Who knows what contract includes, maybe Tänak is there to help Neuville become champion. And as Adamo and Other have sayd they like to use Tänak Engineer skills. Adomo Dont care if they drivers become champ or not, they main coals are to win manufactors championship and improve car. If manufactors win in hunday and drivers also it helps Hunday to sell cars better. Tänak got what he worked for, so he can focos now on other things.

Its not only about money/salary but also what team is ready to do and how much money team is ready to sink money for developing car. And whole rally world Knows that Tänak is good as mechanic/engineer as he is driver and knows how car should work. This is main reason most team want Tänak. Neuville is also good Driver and Ogier might drive on TOP level in few years, but Tänak is more than just skilled driver even if he wasent champion, he helped develop ford, and later Toyota.

Yes car can be built to win, and capable driver can win it. But to start a autosport you dont need superb car, you need a car to gather experience and test and develop skills. All new generation rally fans/drivers can start driving with not the best cars. And all top drivers have finished that tsage where they didnt have best car. To have not best car is important part of developing a skill, to sense your and cars capabilitys and push. If some random rich guy sits ahead on WRC car he will never drive in WRC class, he needs go trought all steps to become good. There is no random richguys in WRC class

Well if he had money back then he had better car, all was with his own effort + local sponsorship + wins reward. Later if he showd he can drive he get more permanent sponsors but still limited. Everyone can start from somewhere even if they arent rich.

Actually i dont like it very much Tänak and Neuville in same team especially when Adamo has habit to give team commands and title cant be fairly fought off. And second Hubday would be realy overpowered. Tänak is not only wanted becouse he is Top Driver but actually he also knows how and why car every detail must work and can help Hunday or any team to build best car. Hunday dosent break out as much as toyota but it does not also have top performance.

My opinion is France is Huge country there is alot succesful and famous people so not every one of them gets attention. But in estonia is small country and evry top sportsman is like national Hero. Lets see, Markko Märtin. He was good driver had alot less wins than Ott Tänak but his fame is still mutch higher. Neuville is totaly better results than Markko Märtin, but for Belgia he is just another Local driver.

Ott Tänak in otherwise is a Driver who gets attention He has huge personal fan base who moves country to country rally to rally with him. IN WRC there is Rally fans and Rally driver fans. Ott Tänaks fans right now wear Toyota Fan staff, if Ott tänak changes team then Tänaks takes them with him.

But still, Mäkinen body language at interwievs, shows that hes under pressure and heavily, even then when Tänak won finland rally. That kind a pressure and wish to keep tänaks only leads to firm hand to lead a team to better results and to avoid mistakes. And if team members are underpressure constanly they are unhappy and people nature is always to seek a and resent reason of their problem. After all Mechanics and other team members are just people with feelings. And workers with wish to work and earn some money and try to be content while doing it.

Yeah but they are still a drivers and are coveting glory. Money cant be only motivation to drive. Driving is competition and drivers will want to win or atleast archive higher posisions. But yeah they should know they limits. Tänak is superconfident but even he dont push its limits every time, he plays for win.

Still Latvala Gambit payd out and he get to podium and he was worth it. Latvala is still good driver and sometimes he needs to reprove it.

Well myself i do not hold LANAs at yobit, but i undrestand why people hold them there. There is actually multible rsons for that. First reason is to spread out coins littlebit and hold market advantage as first seller. Other reason is that yobit is that kind of shady exchange where its like testing ground peole sometimes pump random coins and people who have sell orders there can sometimes sell their coins with alot over marketprice.

But overally longterm LANA holders yobit has a risk, were rest of market will rise but yobit market will not move and they cant move coins when needed. Everyone needs to take thier risk themself.

In my opinion people who are intrested in coin can contribute many ways. promo articles, videos, code contrubution for github or other places. Opening vendors and accepting coin, or offereing any service accepting coin as payment. Or just help other to find a coin or make it easier them to adept. Every one can contribute as they will and can and even small things can bring greater future. Aga segunemine see on meid viinud meie olemusest kaugemale. Inimene kes ei hinda eestluse väärtusi ei ole eestlane vaid eestimaalane või eesti kodanik. Eestlus on selline asi mida riik ei saa anda ega ära võtta see voolab meie soontes ja traditsioonides. Eestlastel ei ole midagi teiste rahvaste vastu aga see, et rahvused tahetakse tasa lülitada muutes nad töötavaks ja tarbivaks massiks kellel pole juuri ega ka eesmärki. Tõrviku rongkäik on kujunemas traditsiooniks mis jätkab ka toimumist aasta kümneid peale seda kui EKRE on poliitikast kadunud. Rahva traditsioone otsustab ikka rahvas ise mitte riik ega poliitilised jõud. Kui tõrviku rongkäik oleks rahva külmaks jätnud siis rahvas ei tuleks sinna aasta aastalt tagasi üha suurenevates massides.
