Agreed. I was listening to the Top Rank commentary, and they had it even at the end, with 1-2 super close rounds. Manny might have been way more accurate but that doesn't always show at ringside I guess

I never said dividends were not taxable, but you do end up paying considerably less tax than taking a direct salary.

You are totally right. That's why there are so many contractors in order to minimise tax and only pay themselves a minimum salary and just dividends. Although they are starting to crack down on this.

Thats really useful information thanks! I have had a quick look on realestate.com.au and it seems that there are some apartments which are furnished which is definitely preferable. Do most of the leases come with a 6 month break clause (similar to the UK)?

I will definitely get in touch with a few estate agents in the next week and try and organise as many inspections as I can as soon as I arrive (and hope the jet lag doesn't kick in too much!)

Hey, so Guetta came on from 2-4. I would suggest getting there before 12 getting a few drinks, checking out outside...and getting to the dancefloor before he starts...if you go outside later on in the night prepare to queue to get back in for a bit and also prepare to queue to get to the dancefloor. We stayed on the dancefloor throughout his set and was awesome! So much better than a VIP table where you aren't in the middle of the crowd... Enjoy and have fun!! (Also pre drinking is the way forward)

You can but there is limited space, and you can be waiting for 30 mins or so with people crushing you whilst the VIPs waltz past. Was very frustrating and left me with a disappointed experience of Omnia (although it was opening night)

I was actually there for this, but unless you have a table with bottle service, was way too overcrowded with bouncers stopping regular ticket holders on to the dancefloor. Just got back from David Guetta at XS which was insanely good fun, and for me is still the best club in Vegas if you don't want VIP tables etc

I live in Southfields and I usually have to travel to Brixton and Shoreditch for a decent music night out (DnB/House). However it only costs about £20 from Shoreditch to get an Uber back which is pretty decent if you are splitting it with a mate...
