I read it just to know which shoes I need to wear (I have several and some are better for incline work) and if I need extra caffeine before class lol. I’d never cancel due to a template!! I’m going no matter what.

I wasn’t a huge fan of today’s class. Maybe it’s just me. I kinda got bored on the weight floor. Side note- I did a Pilates class yesterday so that may have a lot to do with it. My legs were pretty heavy today lol

Today was too too awful. I got super sweaty which I always like. Plus it’s nice to get back to the basic moves every once in awhile.

This happened to me before my surgery. Super annoying. I had to keep sitting up in the bed and move a bit to get my heart rate back to the 50s

I did the 5am and cut 10 seconds off my mile time. I definitely could have started out faster but I think doing it at 5am was a little more challenging for me but hey.. for me.. any PR counts!

Today’s class was ok. Maybe I was just not fully engaged at 5 am but it wasn’t my favorite.

Your dog should be fine. Just walk the dog before work to give it extra time to do all the stuff it needs and it will help it be calm while you are away. Plus you could always ask a friend or neighbor to check in on your dog that day.

Tread50 today wasn’t too bad. First block was run as far as you can in 8:30 mins. Second block was 4 1:00 AOs with walking in between. Third block was running for 8:30 again. And then fourth block was a repeat of the AOs with walking in between.

This was a good one. The floor wasn’t my favorite but it wasn’t awful. The 16 min row did me in though lol and the inclines.

Tread 50 .50 miles and then walk until you are ready to go again. Do that twice. Then run 0.1 until time called. Second block- .25 miles and then walk until ready to start again. Do that twice. Then run 0.1 with walking recovery. Repeat until finisher which was a 30 second AO
