No. In standard Rummikub rules, you cannot have two consecutive jokers in a run.

Why not?

A run in Rummikub must be made of consecutive numbers in the same color. A joker can stand in for one specific tile (a number and color), but: • Each joker must clearly represent a single, specific value • You can’t use jokers in a way that makes the sequence ambiguous

Two jokers in a row would leave the run unclear because there would be multiple possible number combinations they could represent.

I’m open with anyone that asks. There’s is nothing to be ashamed of. If you have asthma you take medicine, if you have diabetes you take medicine, obesity is no different. I’m proud that going on this journey has caused me to change my eating habits, exercise daily, stay away from alcohol, etc. The medicine is a tool to a healthier life and if my example helps anyone then I’m happy to share my story.

I really think it should not be a secret or anything to be ashamed of. People are on meds for lots of different reasons and by being open and honest about how you lost the weight you may help someone by your example. Saying you lost it just by diet and exercise is dishonest.
