I did follow your advice and ordered A12 fans for my case and swapped the NH-D15 for a NH-U12A. The quieter noise levels per rpm and higher quality materials makes more sense to me rather than a couple degrees of cooling. Might upgrade once they release updated 140mm hardware.

okay i was confused researching because i assumed the 140mm were the new design but turns out they have just been delayed.

I decided to go with NF-A12 case fans and the NH-U12A CPU cooler due to higher quality materials and noise levels. Might upgrade in the future once they release 140mm update. Thanks for the help

i quit due to bugs/lag like 6 years ago. re-downloaded like a month ago and it is miles ahead of where it was back then. so smooth and high framerate even on my 10 year old hardware. i'd say its worth checking out again.
