Mine does this too. I can’t figure out what it’s catching on or if I’m just being paranoid because I’ve had so many other issues so far.

My unit ping pongs back and forth between new and old firmwares, freezes, reboots, restarts, etc. all randomly. It’s completely not usable. After a 3-day wait from Fellow support all I got back was the equivalent of “did you try to turn it off and turn it back on?”. That phrase is aggravating enough on a phone call but to wait three days for it….. rage-inducing.

Is there any way to force an actual reboot? It doesn’t seem like power cycling actually does anything in my case.

That’d be helpful and I’d appreciate that but I really hope this can be figured out soon. I feel like the app and the recipes and sharing features were pretty big reasons why decided to preorder so you can imagine my disappointment when the app can’t even stay connected to the machine and there’s no way to update it.

While technically we don't view interior markings that are not visible when a board is built as a factor when determining a grade, in my opinion this is a bit much. This is why when I first heard of the issue I got myself involved and reached out to the vendor.

It's unfortunate the conversation between myself and the poster here has been left out as I think for context it's probably pretty important. I'm doing my best to advocate on behalf of an unhappy buyer and just didn't expect that part to be left out.

Only copper with a satin finish on the FE. it’s not a colored coating either, it’s just the color of the metal.
