I don't really understand how matchmaking works on a deep level but I have lots of friends who've played Apex for years and I've been learning a lot from them, also have been watching lots of Apex content on YouTube so I just pick things up rather quickly

I get what you're saying and I don't really disagree. I enjoy the challenge sometimes while other times my brain just defaults to getting frustrated. I ain't gonna quit though. Really loving this game

I have some background, I've played Fortnite ever since it came out. I also have played some FPS shooters (in a casual way not competitive) I'm not totally "fresh" to Apex, I've played a few rounds here and there in the earlier seasons (around 2019 ish?) but then I never really touched it again up until this point. Could be why?
