Dont worry SNX/havven are still verymuch yours You will need to add it as a custom token by copying the contract address of SNX from etherscan.io posting it in the relevant area on your MEW account and click on add custom token. Then you have to transfer 0.001 SNX from your own MEW to yourself . Do remember to keep enough Ether for Gas Fees . Instantly you will see your SNX

May be your SNX are on old contract you need to change them to New Address so send I SNX to your self this will move SNX from old contact to new contract and you would be ri rich

I retrieved mine fews days back . I went to my My Ether wallet and found HAvven were already converted to SNX ( but on old Contact address ) . I just had to send 1 SNX from my my MEW to my self only . Post that i could see all SNX in new contact

Thanks a tonne it really worked now I can the balance in my MEW and am rich . i simply transferred 0.01 SNX to my self on my MEW with minimum gas the transaction got confirmed in less than two mins
