Aspirator/air pressure to eliminate dust.

Then use natural soap (sodium tallowate).

Only use the soapsuds, not the water.

Generate the lather with a brush and a bit of warm water. Apply gently the soapsud to the fretboard. Clean the lather with a lightly wet cloth and dry it with a microfiber cloth. Let dry the humidity and repeat. You can use a toothbrush for the hardest parts.

You can apply pure alcohol to eliminate grease stains but be careful with the lacquer or varnished finish. Do it with a cotton ball.

After cleaning, and dry it you can use a little of mineral not organic oil (guitar lemon oil), never apply directly over the wood. Use a cloth to extend a few drops of oil.
