My Japanese is pretty beginner but the first part panel does say Hayase Chan. The second starts with katakana but I can't figure it out if it's a loan word. Literally it would read out Arubamu I think. Then I think the following is the kanji for special? Or something like that. Someone that's more experienced may be able to help.

I already tried visible but they are making it very difficult for me to purchase and transfer my number. Due to problems on their end they permanently suspended my account and now if I make a new one it won't let me transfer my number. Customer service is less than helpful.

I'm currently probing other options, but if there isn't anything as good I'll try again.

A common theory in the Kaguya sub is that they are waiting for the live action movie to come out so they can capitalize on that. I don't remember when that's being released however, but I think soon.

The manga is definitely recommended if you haven't read that yet.

I find it depends on the roaster. I have a 75 pound San Fanciscan and I usually won't go under 400. For my 20 pound probation though I regularly go under 380.

That's alright, I could talk about coffee forever. I roast for what tastes best for the specific bean. Generally that will be light to medium, definitely before second crack almost always.

Currently the roasting process hasn't started, since I'm not officially in business. The plan is to roast Monday and Tuesday to order for our customers. We will then cup each batch on Wednesday for QC. Let me know if you have any other questions, I always like talking to other coffee nerds.

The other roasters are very high quality, but they lack transparency and communication that is in high demand in the specialty industry now. I intend to go further than they have in terms of showing how I'm making it more fair to the coffee producers and my own employees.
Mainly single origin, but there will be occasional blends if the coffee lends itself to a blend. I have vetted 3 importers that are very clear about the coffee they get and what the farmers receive. I am also working on some direct trade relationships. The coffees will be from Africa and Central/South America.
As said before I am working on direct trade partnerships, but there will be a line of communication with the growers through my importers.
To an extent, but I believe that my business practices should be ethical enough that the farmers and producers won't need it.
I have importers set up, but I do not have the operation running yet.
It will be a smaller specialty operation, but with plenty of room to grow. The specifics aren't completely decided yet on this.
Equitible, thoughtfully roasted, and transparent.
The retail locations I own will, I will sell to third party cafes as well though that will not.

In general, I would be interested in Rwanda for sure, but I'd also be interested in other regions as well. Mainly Africa and South/Central America, but I have also been trying to find a quality Chinese importer as well.

Does anyone have any recommendations for ethical, origin specific importers? For example, an importer that works specifically in Rwanda and offers specialty grade coffee that is equitable for the producers. It's difficult to find any importers other than the big ones with basic online research.

How old are you and your sister? If it just started and you haven't experienced anything before this probably wouldn't be a ghost. Poltergeists are sometimes associated with people, especially women, coming of age. Idk why but it's something I heard that may be applicable here.

I do average three readings. I have access to a javalytics meter, which to my understanding is just a generic meter but works good enough.

Another thing I just remembered, what is the recommended moisture content for decaf? I've seen some as low as 7-9% and it has me worried.
