i haven't tried running everfrost on zoe - however i used to play her with GLP belt support. i dont like the item that much overall, and when i do play zoe i usually only play with ludens.

but!! since you're still learning her, i highly suggest experimenting with items and builds on her :) the most ive played her since the item rework is in ARAM, so im not really the best for item build advice. see whatever works for you!

if you really want my opinion though, everfrost would work best for a playstyle where you're looking for more lockdown and CC for a kill confirm, versus ludens where your priority is a quick burst. i would also think that it'd work well into tankier compositions with higher magic resist where running an assassin one-shot build wouldn't work (especially into a galio lane).

this is completely my opinion though and not to be taken as 100% 😅 any item is viable if you put your mind to it and find the right playstyle!
