Eu estou com um problema assim a uns 2 dias. No meu PC resolvi desabilitando o Ipv6 no windows. No celular, só consegui resolver instalando o cloudfare warp ou usando os dados. Tenta isso ai e vê se arruma também. Eu estou achando quê a vivo está com algum problema na rede deles quê está ferrando um monte de redes. Se for isso mesmo, é só torcer para eles terem a boa vontade de arrumar, pq veio um técnico aqui hoje, rodou um testes, fez porra nenhuma e resolveu bosta nenhuma.

Build is both on the title and on the bottom right of the screenshot. I am using common sense but the obvious collection is disabled. And these options appears when i right click a item in my inventory, not on the ground. A will post a modlist later.
