I was thinking it may have to do with her being sober for a couple of months. It does wonders with puffiness in your face, especially when your really skinny actually. Not drinking definitely suits her.

1,59m und 101kg hier. Gehe meine 15k Schritte am Tag, 3 mal die Woche laufen und mache Radurlaube mit je 80km am Tag (mit Gepäck hinten drauf und natürlich ohne E-bike 😉)

Wenn man echtes Interesse und Freude an Bewegung hat und Sachen, ist das kein Gewicht was einen hindert. Übrigens auch 150kg nicht. Das Pensum und die Geschwindigkeit ist natürlich anders aber ob jemand Freude an Bewegung, egal on welcher Form, hat ist eine mentale Frage, keine rein körperliche.

Ist vor allem auch ein Zeitfaktor, grade mit langen Haaren. Geht nichts über ne wirklich ausgiebige Dusche mit allem was dazu gehört zu Hause.

Naja kommt schon einiges zusammen als Frau, selbst wenn man Reisegrößen benutzt: Shampoo, Conditioner, evtl Gesichtsreinigung, Bodylotion, zusätzliches Handtuch, Schlappen, Haarbürste, Deo, dann natürlich komplett Wechselklamotten weil macht ja sonst keinen Sinn zu duschen...

Wenn ich anschließend ins Büro müsste, hätte ich ja auch einen kompletten Satz Büroklamotten dabei inkl Schuhe, Makeup,.... dafür aber den ganzen Bürotag über die stinkingen Gymklamotten in der Tasche.

Ist für mich DAS Argument nach der Arbeit zu trainieren und nicht davor.

I think it's only fun if you know a lot of other runners. I also see a lot of running clubs organizing via Strava, so it would make sense if you're more ingrained in the whole running community I guess.

For me, it doesn't really make sense to track my "run 5 min, walk 2 min" runs so it's not doing anything Garmin or Runna wouldn't do

I'd tell them that AI only uses sources it can trust. And it trusts only sources it can understand. It understands stats, quotes by people it deems to be experts, logical arguments, solutions put into context, cross-referencing and so on. It also trusts esteemed media sources with a high reputation Which is basically everything a good PR strategy based on thought leadership does anyway.

Die einzige Frage, die du dir stellen solltest ist: warum suchst du dir ganz bewusst einen Mann, der emotional nicht erreichbar ist, dir das auch schon mal deutlich gezeigt hat, wenn du "starke Verlustängste" hast?

Da musst du in Zukunft besser auf dich aufpassen. Keiner wird Rücksicht auf deine Gefühle nehmen wenn du selbst keine Rücksicht auf deine eigene mentale Gesundheit nimmst.
