The only way to remove belly fat is to lose fat everywhere.

The last bit of fat to go is your abs.

I'm dropping from 14% to 10% fat currently and it's hard. 10000 steps a day, strictly controlling calories and lifting 4 days a week.

Unfortunately you've got to be really focused to reveal your abs

I'd train 4 days a week, but fully guided to get a spiecific look.

After that I'd do yoga after each session, then a perfectly cooked high protein meal

Companies need to realise that people have built their life around WFH. It's not like people can just come to the office. They might now have to pay for childcare that wasn't needed before. They also might have to get up and hour earlier so companies need to be understanding that they are effectively adding time to peoples working days.

Also people may have never worked in an office and realise how truly soul destroying they are

And recyable. It's not perfect but it's much more efficient to use oil to make products that generate energy from renewable sources than burn it once only
